#farisalievski    Gas Mask Philosophy I have shared this  with so many people... It has brought me tears witnessing  realisation that immediate powerful  action was needed to halt  a downward spiral to  burn out and worse. Yes I am telling you to put you first. Love your kids? Then put yourself VERY first so you can give them your VERY best you wish for them... Be it in a plane emergency or in Life  YOU must put yourself  first in order to help those you love. You should Be in the best mental, physical shape of your life and so too your finances... YES  put YOU first otherwise  you fail  others when YOU are needed most!

Kids & School Study

Image
I will pull my child out from martial arts to study! Wow.. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard this over the years  and its flawed on so many levels. It will give  them more time to focus ? Absolutely not! Your child is not going to study  from the moment they get home to the time they go to bed. They will not study  all weekend either. They will be less tired? Energy  builds energy. Fitter people are not only stronger they are more focused and mentally tougher. Click on the YouTube  clip and find out more.. https://youtu.be/BDZnR2OG8r4 www.MartialArtsForLife.com.au

#1 My kids need more time to study - Parents take note

Image
#1 Fallacy Pulling your kids out of martial  arts will give them  more time  to focus on study and school? As well  intentioned parents maybe  this  is the biggest single mistake any parent could make without a doubt! It's well documented  the benefits of good exercise...martial arts takes that exercise to another level developing habits for  life such as Focus, Discipline  and the "will" to succeed! Yes  they need to "harden" up. Do you not think  your child  needs these attributes  to succeed academically? After 41 years of teaching I have zero doubt the the best students  in martial arts all became great students  in study..its No coincidence A good martial arts school is part of your child's  study  success formula www.MartialArtsForLife.com.au
