I have shared this  with so many people...
It has brought me tears witnessing  realisation that immediate powerful  action was needed to halt  a downward spiral to  burn out and worse.

Yes I am telling you to put you first.
Love your kids?
Then put yourself VERY first so you can give them your VERY best you wish for them...

Be it in a plane emergency or in Life  YOU must put yourself  first in order to help those you love.
You should Be in the best mental, physical shape of your life and so too your finances...
YES  put YOU first otherwise  you fail  others when YOU are needed most!

Avoid the  phrase  I don't have time... "will help you realise you don't have time needed for just about everything you choose to accomplish in life" 2012 is My 30th year of teaching and you can only imagine the excuses I have heard over this amazing journey! I don't have time has to be up there and YES it is just another excuse.If there is a will there is always a way...if you did not have time to stop for fuel what would happen to you car? But that's different I hear you say? Your body is your car,your vehicle for life and so many don't have time,what is scary I have seen many have a major health scare and all of a sudden they find time to change their lifestyle habits. They are the lucky ones; for some it's just too late.....moral of the story? Stop making excuses and make positive life changes when in good health to maintain and improve it...let it be YOU to decide your lifestyle choices not your unfortunate circumstances!

I don't have time ?

This would have to be the biggest excuse in world...actually it's more than an excuse,it's a lie! What is eating your time? Every minute you waste is a minute you never get back..so you are either a master of your time or a time waster. Last but not least you do not have to go 100 km's an hour or jam pack your day to make the most of it, in fact I do the opposite. " Master Fari why do you walk so slow" my young student stated...why do I walk so slow? It is because I do not want to hurry and miss anything! Control your time, make time...avoid the phrase "I don't have time" Those that don't have time will soon realise THEY don't have time to accomplish everything they choose to accomplish in life.  www.MartialArtsForLife.com.au
